Hills and Dales Auto is the real deal. Professionals all the way around. Great communications. Had all my fluids changed on my 2015 Tundra. Easy quote process via text message and even received a veteran discount. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant staff/establishment to work with. I’ve had work trucks and personal cars worked on for numerous problems. The staff works very well with insurance claims and time sensitive issues. I appreciate the knowledge and concerns of the mechanics. I definitely recommend Hills and Dales Auto with your safety and concerns of your vehicle.

First, I was able to get in very quickly which was great because of the obligations I had that required my having my vehicle as fast as possible. Eddie worked on my Equinox and communicated with me and thoroughly explained all the information I needed to know about the repair. Moreover he gave me information I can use on my own for taking care of my SUV. Well Done!

I have used Hills and Dales Auto Care since they opened in 2001, and their work has always been excellent and effective, and their prices are very reasonable. They have never recommended any repairs that weren't needed. They are very accommodating trying to meet the customer's needs. In fact, the technician working on my car stayed late so I could pick it up the next day instead of the two days later that was estimated.

I have a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 My vehicle went to another shop and they blew my engine three times. I was dealing with my ex of warranty and Hillsdale’s auto care was going to do a DOD delete for my engine and they found so many problems that the other shop actually caused! Finally, my extended warranty did the right thing and let me take my vehicle to Hillsdale’s auto care and thank God that they did! Not only did they support me throughout my dealings with my ex extended warranty. But they only had my vehicle for a couple weeks. They replaced my entire engine and fixed all the other multiple problems that the original repair shop caused as well as immediately gave me a loaner vehicle so that way I can get my daughter back-and-forth to School and me to work and I was able to get a second job because of them giving me a loaner immediately with no problem. They kept in contact with me. They let me know the entire process that was going on with my vehicle and returned it back in better condition than what it did when it went to the original repair shop. Their customer service is impeccable. They actually care about their customers they don’t rush you in or out and they make sure t
